Duties and Taxes


For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to. Since 157Moments is a Vancouver-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery as the shipment is not traversing any borders.

United States

Customers from United States will not pay any additional duties and taxes, all duties and texes are coverd by 157Moments.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.

All orders under $800 USD are exempt from customs procedures and no duties or taxes are collected. For orders over $800 USD any additional duties and taxes will be covered by 157Moments.

Hence, customers ordering from the United States will not have to pay any additional duties or taxes on their order. Customs may send you a form to fill out for the high value products and we will be able to assist you further if required.


All orders outside of Canada and the United States will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery.  This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. 157Moments is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when goods are imported into your country. For further information, please consult your local customs office. 

In-Store Orders Returns

Regular priced items and sale items below 30% discount in original condition with applicable tags are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not given. Store credit are eligible for both online store and in store, no expiration.  All underwear, print, perfume, self-care and sale items discounted at 30% or more are considered final sale. Thanks for your understanding and support. 

Online Orders Returns

We have a 14-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. All underwear, print, perfume, self-care and sale items discounted at 30% or more are considered final sale. Thanks for your understanding and support. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is authorized, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for return. Upon receiving your return for inspection and approval, the cost of the pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. All underwear are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items discounted at 30% or more or gift cards, items listed as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Price Match

In instances where another online retailer offers an identical item at a lower price, we are pleased to match that price. To determine eligibility, please review the conditions outlined below:

  1. The online retailer must be an authorized retailer.
  2. The item must be in stock on the retailer's website in the same style, size, color, material, and season at the time the price match request is submitted.
  3. The price to be matched must be the regular, non-sale price as advertised by the retailer.
  4. The final checkout price, inclusive of shipping fees, taxes, and duties, must be lower than the final 157Moments checkout price.
  5. The final price must be advertised in the same currency as listed on the 157Moments website.

Price Adjustment

In line with our commitment to delivering the highest level of service, we extends a price protection policy to our valued customers, subject to the following conditions:

  1. An item purchased experiences a price reduction or goes on sale within 14 calendar days from the order placement date.
  2. The relevant item remains available on the 157Moments website in the same style and size as initially purchased.
  3. Price adjustments are limited to one occurrence per item.
