The skirt is crafted of a voluminous nylon taffeta with a smooth matte touch, enhanced by shirring at the hip providing a slightly flared shape. Above lays a tall elasticized rib band, accentuating the waist and allowing a comfortable snug fit. The skirt is finished with practical slip pockets at the sides.
